Before you arrive. 

How do I reserve a room? 

- To reserve a room please send your contact details (Name, email Address, mobile number, and flight details) to either the following: email address, facebook page, and mobile number. We will use your email address to send you booking specifications. 

 

What security deposit is required? 

- We require 50% down payment in order to confirm your booking. The other half is paid upon check-out. 

 

When is the deadline of payment? 

-Deadline is 3 days upon receipt of booking request sent through your email address.  

 

How do I pay? 

- Modes of payment include bank transfer (BDO and PNB), LBC or Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala and online payment using your visa/MasterCard (This will be facilitated by Pay Pal for secure payments). 

 

What types of amenities are included in your rooms?

- All our rooms are included of the following: private CR with hot and cold shower, air conditioner and cable television. 

 

When can I check-in and check-out?

- Check in is at 2:00 PM and Check out is at 12:00 NN  

 

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?

- Yes. 

During your stay. 

Do you offer package tours? 

- Yes, we are facilitating tours and we will be very happy to help you explore Batanes during your stay. Just inform us ahead of time and we'll send you our tour options. 

 

I want to do a Do-It-Yourself tour. Is it possible? 

- We encourage you to support our community by booking tours being facilitated by accredited Ivatan guides.

 

How can I get an early check-in

- Early check-ins can be accommodated provided that the room is not occupied by a previous guest. You can, however, leave your belongings to our staff for safekeeping.

 

Do you offer extra bed and extra breakfast? 

- Yes, we offer extra bed on specific rooms. Meanwhile, extra breakfast will be charged at Php 150.00

 

 

After your stay. 

How can I get the copy of my bill? 

-Please inform the front desk or contact us so we can send you the email of your booking specifications. 

 

How can I provide feedback on my stay?

- You can rate our hotel using TripAdvisor or at our facebook page.
